Affordable, and convenient location to attend our sports venue for the weekend.
No tea / kitchen towels, and or paper rolls for cleaning kitchen - suggest having some available to promote keeping a clean kitchen for other tenants.
Kitchen induction / cook top didn't work properly no matter changing the pots / pans. Suggest leaving instructions on how to use and guide to which appropriate pans will work with the induction.

The property was good value for money. Close proximity to the city centre.
Surrounding area was a bit rough, pleasant area but rough.
