Excellent location very close to Skanderbeg Square and good value for money.
The host sent clear instructions for self check in/out and provided recommendations for sights and dinner options.
The beds and pillows were hard, we ended up using the couch cushions instead. Shower is handheld and only 1 bath with a second toilet, not 2 (full) bathrooms like we thought. Oven, microwave, sandwich press and fridge could benefit from a good clean and beware of the hot water tap.
Also, no idea where the hot tub was (we tried exploring) but it wasn't a priority for us so we didn't enquire.
Lastly, there is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Not a criticism, just a warning for those with heavy luggage.

Great location, close to everything but still quiet, beautiful apartment equipped with everything, nice owner and easy communication

L'emplacement est top, en centre ville. L'appartement est confortable et spatieux. La literie est bonne. La climatisation fonctionne bien : il y a une climatisation dans la chambre parentale et une autre dans le salon.
Les indications pour récupérer les clés sont claires.

Nice apartment, very well located but difficult to find, streets has no numbers in Tirana. Comfortable, spacious. But no bedside lamps in the rooms, no kitchen towel, not enough glasses and mugs. These ar details, but importants.
Nevertheless, we had a very good stay.
