Beautiful 2-bed 2.5-bath condo located in the heart of Vail Village, just across from the Sonnenalp hotel. A short 5 minute walk to the base of Gondola One. All of Vail's restaurants, bars, shops and activities are right at your doorstep. I have a management company that handles it for me. They have a representative on call 24 hours a day, if you need assistance. Please take a look, and let me know if you would like to reserve it. Reasons to Book With Us: 1. Check-in with a live person in Vail (keys not left under a mat) 2. We have a full-time local property manager, Property Manager providing check-in, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping and answering all your questions. 3. Free ski storage in Vail Village. 4. Secure payments are made through Property Manager, a Real Estate agency licensed by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. 5. Guest Services include discount lift tickets, car rentals, ground transportation, ski rentals, and grocery delivery.
For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
