The unit itself was great. Had everything we needed

We were only there two days and then found out the lift was closed for maintenance for a month! This meaning we had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get in and out via fire exit as there was no other lift. There had been no warning and insufficient instructions and directions . Very confusing! Put a damper on our holiday. Also we only got 1 set of keys! As there were two couples it meant you had to go together all the time otherwise you had no way of getting back in the building.

Great location! The owner was very attentive, making sure we got to the accommodation correctly. Bed was very comfortable. Had all the homely amenities you would need. Large comfortable couch.

Living space aircon barely worked at all, main bedroom aircon helped but still wasn’t cool enough at times. It is very unfortunate for the owner, but there was loud construction noise, and it is positioned across from a homeless shelter which meant there were some individuals nearby with anti social behaviours (though these things are normal for Brisbane I guess). No lobby/street entrance (food deliveries were a pain). Small cockroaches(?) in kitchen. We were unable to find the bins or the visitor car park on Manning street. Questionable artwork of sexual nature (nudity, bondage, etc.)

鍵の受け渡しが少し建物が違ったので迷いました

It was as described.

Position. Across the road from morning homeless type people. Argue and yell early in morning.
