The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our short stay, beds were comfortable and the linen was fresh, clean and smelt incredible…we slept perfectly. Lots of homey touches to the caravan, even had a few games and couldn’t resist a game of guess poo while chuckling. The shower was hot and had great pressure, and we loved the added touches for dogs (bowls, blankets etc) we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Getting the boiler started, was a little nervous as its gas but we got there in the end and got it fired up

Perfect location close to the beach, shops, amusements, bars and food. The beach was gorgeous, worth a daily visit! Bus service to Great Yarmouth very handy. Dolphin Bar on site has great range of drinks. Nice outdoor area. Everyone was very friendly. Little children's play areas dotted around the site. Caravan itself was spotless with everything you could possibly need. Linen provided for a small extra charge. Decking area was a great size, with table chairs and BBQ. Being able to stay in such a dog friendly place was great. Communication with owners was outstanding.

Food in Dolphin Bar on site was a little basic, but with so many places to eat in Hemsby, we didn't starve 😊

Lovely clean spacious caravan all instructions given before start of holiday. Comfy beds. Nice big veranda dvd and dvds in caravan but I did take some of my own. Shower blocks nice and clean if you do not want to use caravan one , but that was refurbished and looked good caravan had a make over and done Lovely. Has pub onside does meals and breakfast small park easy access to beach and 10min walk to hemsby

Close to the sand dunes and sea, good for walks with the dogs, nice Dolphin Bar on site food was really good.

I paid an extra £30 for bed linen and towels. There weren't any tea towels, dish clothes or black sacks. The caravan was smaller than I expected so not very easy to open doors inside at the same time all in the way of each other and the bed gap from the walls was very tight to get in and out of bed.
