It was perfect for our day at the races and an evening out in town. Quiet, peaceful and private location. Well decorated and equipped and secure parking directly outside the patio area. We find it very rare that our accommodation matches expectations, but this did and we would have no hesitation in staying again. Friendly host!
No complaints whatsoever!

everything was fine, peaceful and clean.
The only thing I would comment on would be the need for hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels on.
No welcome pack
