L'équipe de l'hôtel a été accueillante, serviable, à l'écoute. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, disposent d'équipements fonctionnels et d'une climatisation, bon niveau de confort. L'eau chaude et la robinetterie fonctionnent bien, et l'emplacement en plein centre ville est vraiment appréciable. J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, merci à toute l'équipe pour leur bienveillance !
A l'arrivée, la salle de bains n'avait pas été complètement nettoyée. On sent que le personnel de l'hôtel repasse plusieurs fois dans la journée (pas de serviettes à 14h, mais des serviettes en rentrant à 16h30 etc... Ce qui n'est pas toujours très rassurant niveau sécurité.

The Majestic feels like a piece of Annaba's history. It might be a little bit outdated here and there, but it still retains its charm and elegance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak both English and French. The room was clean, and equipped with a well-needed air-conditioner. It was huge too. Its proximity to the centre of Annaba and the train station makes it even better.
The air-conditioning is a bit outdated. It serves the purposes but makes a lot of noise. The bathroom is quite antiquated too. Lovers of classic hotels might find it charming.
