Bedding and towels could've been softer and cleaner

The room was spacious and well equipped. It was in a friendly area.

The management needs improving. We didn't get an email with the door access code or the exact location of the apartments. A neighbour helped us find the place and another resident helped us get in. Very stressful!

No breakfast

The communication on the weekend

I liked how convenient it was for me and it was very nice to be able to stay when I needed a place to stay

communication is very poor, they don't communicate good, or even at all, they be hype to get security deposit for accidental fee but be slow to give it back to you, you have to remind them over and over , and the cleaning lady she be lying about certain things so be sure to take pictures of before and after if you haven't done anything so you wont be blamed for something you didn't do and don't really clean well at all, it will be dirty and it be ants and bugs around. The people just overall be lying and don't really help you, they never pay attention neither. Not a bad location, a park , stores around , transportation and close to things for you to shop at.
