Beautiful decor and comfortable living conditions. Owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions.
Unfortunately Italy (Rome) has crime/graffiti/homeless problem which many large cities have. Didn’t really feel safe right outside our place unless it was daylight. Someone’s car had window smashed out and homeless person right outside our window. Location was convenient to train station and colosseum.

Lovely clean and comfortable, our very friendly host Amiran met us outside and showed us around which was much appreciated.
Nothing inside, the location, being close to the train station can be a little bit interesting late at night but didn’t bother us too much.

The host was incredible - he arranged an early check-in for us, stayed in quick communication throughout our trip, and made us feel right at home.
The apartment was immaculate, cozy, and comfortably accommodated my two sons and me in two spacious, well- air-conditioned rooms.
Honestly, everything went so smoothly during our stay that there isn't anything negative to mention.
Everything from the amenities to the location completely met our expectations.
