The staff. The security guards. The ambience. Quick response.
The food can be better.
No room call for complimentary breakfast, and no room service for the same. Which was obtainable at some other hotels.

Satisfied with overall services rendered by the hotel. I will definitely be back someday.
It was just a little bit difficult to locate after making reservations online.

I like the staff services, the location was closer to my office place, and the room facilities were perfect with constant light supply.
I was not aware of the free breakfast; I only got to know when I was checking out.
In all honesty, everything was perfect.

Neat and kind staff
The TV wasn't working ok and they refused to replace it.
