The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring all the tools you need to prep meals for the whole crew. While meals are cooking, guests can pull up a seat at the kitchen island, which offers seating for four and lake views to match. When it's time to eat, gather everyone around the two dining tables with room for up to 16 guests. After dinner, move into the cozy living area, where a large sectional and flat-screen TV make it easy to kick back and relax. Or, take the fun outdoors through the sliding doors that lead to the star of the show—your private pool deck. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation. - Please note that all persons (including infants, children, and visitors) at the home are counted toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. Parking Details: - The paved circular driveway can accommodate up to 7 cars. - Driveway parking only. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
