Great location, shops nearby, handy takeaways ( definitely recommend the fireaway pizza, best I have had for years). The TV was damaged when we arrived, the owner replaced it the day, great response.
The only small thing I would say was that the bedrooms were very hot at night and with the property being on a main road opening the windows meant you got the sounds from traffic and other road noise, would suggest a fan for each room especially in the Summer months.
