About 20min drive from south entrance of Yosemite which is nice (keeping in mind it takes a total of around 1 hour to get to El Capitan from the home). Home was neat and clean and the hot tub was nice to use after a day of touring around Yosemite. Also you can hear the water flowing in the creek next to the house which is calming. House had mostly everything you needed, however some items did not work (see comments below)
Outdoor BBQ on deck did not work. Indoor fireplace also didn't seem to work. Also couldn't get TV to work

A fantastic stay! The view from the window, the flowing stream, and the little waterfalls were absolutely magical, like something from a fairy tale. At night, the soothing sound of the water gently lulled us to sleep. We would love to come back!

We loved it, lovely peaceful location over the waterfall. Communication with owners was excellent.
Nothing that caused us a problem but the parking to the house is probably 50 yards or so, might be a problem if mobility is a problem.
