Hotel Floresta

I recommend Hotel Floresta highly. It is a super place to stay during your visit to Pocos de Caldas. This is a family run hotel and it shows from the way that the guests are treated. The manager and her team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service for me, doing everything possible to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I don’t usually write lengthy reviews but in this case I have to give Floresta the recognition it deserves as the attention and commitment to the customer was simply excellent.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I visited, travelling from Europe, in late August 2026. For me it was a calm place and a really interesting looking building with alot of parking space if you were driving, and a beautiful pool, sauna if you wanted it.
