Phan and his wife are excellent hosts. Warm, friendly and welcoming. The house is very neat and very well located. The garden is an excellent place to relax. Thanks a lot.

Very good location an easy walk to the Imperial City. Great hosts who were helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well kept. The shower had very hot water and the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable.

Friendly couple, good location, safe and quiet. Great vegetarian restaurant down the road.

House was lovely but the room was strangely sparse and lacking curtains so light from outside and the rest of the house came through the windows. Air con didn't work and there were mosquitoes everywhere - I got bitten really badly. In the listed facilities it says 'washing machine' but if you want to wash your clothes the only option is to pay 35000 a kg which is more than double what local places charge. On top of that, the scales used to weigh clothes are scales for people to weigh themselves so not accurate for small amounts. I was told my small bag of clothes was 4kg when it was less than half that. Just feels a bit money grabbing and dishonest. I wonder if there was a charge for using the kitchen too.
