We had a flawless stay! The quality of the accommodation is excellent, and the decor is beautiful, modern, and stylish. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The extra touches blew us away: coffee pods, a welcome bottle of cava, a hairdryer, and hair straighteners. For the beach, they provided everything—pristine beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and a sturdy parasol. The outdoor space is spectacular, with beautiful sea views and very comfy sun loungers and an electric BBQ. we loved eating at the many lovely beach restaurants nearby that serve incredible fresh fish cooked over open wood fires. The absolute highlight was the manager, Janka. She picked us up from the airport and was funny, informative, and incredibly kind. My husband accidentally left his phone in her car, and she went completely out of her way to bring it right back to us. She is such a lovely person! We cannot recommend this apartment enough and will definitely be back.

Eine wunderschöne, große Wohnung mit einem Elternschlafzimmer, einem Kinderschlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer offenen Küche, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Das Highlight sind aber sicher die 2 Balkone mit genialem Blick über das Meer. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze und man kann direkt aus der Tiefgarage auf die Ebene fahren. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock des Don Juan Komplexes mit einem großen, schönen Pool und direkt an einem eher ruhigen und relativ sauberen Strandabschnitt wo man gut baden kann. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Bei uns war vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über des Gasgrill bis hin zu Kaffeekapseln und Spülmaschinentabs wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern ausgestattet, trotzdem hat man immer das Gefühl, dass die Einrichtung auch wirklich benutzt werden darf und nicht nur Deko ist. Alles in allem absolut perfekt für eine oder auch vier ruhige Wochen am Strand.

Rather a lot of issues, sadly. Not all the owners’ fault, but the apartment definitely needs serious attention. If these get sorted, it will be a perfect holiday home Comedy of errors comes to mind: upon arrival we were informed the aircon was not functional-not too much of an issue for us having grown up in Africa but for some it would in 30 degree heat. Then the electrics started playing up so we ended up with no power from all sockets kitchen side which meant kettle on sitting room floor, no washing machine use, but most importantly we were getting electric shocks from the plugs that did work!! We have been assured an electrician would be in as soon as we left: I do hope so as this was not safe. Then there was a water outage in the entire building (not owners’ fault) so we were supplied with bottled water… not ideal - luckily it came back on by next morning, although 2nd shower room took a further 24 hours to get water back.We had to laugh by this time, and when front door handle fell off and key to main building gate didn’t work we kept laughing. Other small details would be cupboards full of cleaning products so nowhere to store our foodstuffs, no colander or proper big cheese grater (who doesn’t make spag Bol ?!) and 32 towels taking up a lot of drawers! Quite nice to indulge in clean towel extravaganza though! In all, we had a nice stay once we’d found our sense of humour and if ALL the blips get sorted we’d say it was a great place for a relaxing holiday! Janka was as helpful as she could be in the circumstances- and hubby was gifted a bottle of his favourite rum which helped soothe the grumpiness! Only other thing was the pool only opening between 12 and 6….. annoying building rule.
