Good location and big flat for Brighton. Basic but reasonably priced, comfortable bed , couldn't find an iron, but agency said they could bring one, good communication from them.
Apartment not spotlessly clean.
Would be nice to have a welcome /instruction book.

The location is great and the bed was comfy.
The curtains in the living room had fallen and down and were stuffed in a cupboard apart from one which was hanging off the wall so no privacy in living/kitchen area. The host was contacted and said they knew about it but couldn’t be fixed before our stay. The bedroom curtains also couldn’t be opened and closed. The shower tray fills up so had to keep stopping shower to prevent it overflowing and the riser for shower head was broken. It wasn’t the cleanest place.
