Lina Suites & Rooms

Modern und sauber, sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen aber trotzdem ruhig.

we LOVED it here! We stayed at 3 different accommodations on a 10 day trip to Italy, and this one was perfect in every way! Just 1 1/2 blocks to the train station for arrival/departure and day trips to the Cinque Terre, and only 2 blocks to La Spezia Centrale with all of it’s wonderful shopping and restaurants and charm. There was a produce market, super market, bakery and several pharmacies nearby also. Our room had a washing machine, kitchenette, and a private enclosed interior patio (we were in #2) which was so charming. Super super quiet inside our room, very secure building (3 locking doors between our room and the street), and a comfortable bed. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and the check in was easy with good communication. Lots of booklets with local information for tourists on site. On top of all that the price was so reasonable I was unnecessarily worried it might not be as nice as the others we had booked on the trip. It was perfect for us, we enjoyed La Spezia centrale as much as the towns in the Cinque Terre - we would definitely stay at the Lina again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

it was perfect for us. not one thing was amiss.
