great location, comfortable accommodation, helpful re early check-in, window shutters perfect for protecting completely against pub noise in nearby street (warm Saturday night)
Flowers on the roof terrace mostly dead (understandable given the drought most of this summer)

Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable with a lovely terrace area. Great host too, highly recommended.

The location couldn't be better. Tube station at top of the street. Tesco Express a few steps away, lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from and a bar downstairs! The flat is well equipped, including a hairdryer and iron. Comfy bed. No issues walking back at night. We felt safe keeping the windows open during hot weather because of the second floor location. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
The stairway to the second floor flat is a bit dark and musty smelling. Although the flat itself is clean. We stayed during a red weather warning for excessive heat and needed the windows open for some air to cool the flat down, but the busy bar downstairs was popular in the hot weather - and noisy.
