Great location near old town that is beautiful, peaceful, clean and spacious! The balcony view is amazing and one of a kind! The host is so gracious, communicative, and was so helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Book this place if you are staying in Split!!

Fantastic location with all the restaurants available within a 1 minute if that. Met Marin and his wife who are lovely people & very proud of their property which has been in the family for several generations and renovated to an exceptional standard. There is nothing negative we can say about the accommodation, though a warning on a positive thing. There is always hot water available but be wary that it’s very hot. We will definitely return and dad to leave.
There was a canopy in the balcony which we should have asked how to use, but didn’t. The balcony was great with a lovely view right above the lovely little ancient church of St Nicholas. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

It's a lovely apartement in the middle of the old city of Split, absolutely clean and has a little well equiped kitchenette. The location was just perfect because you can do everything by just step out and walk. The view from the little balcony is amazing - it's great to enjoy the atmosphere with a cup of coffee or a glas of wine up there. The host was very kind and supportive.
