The host was very welcoming, helpful, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was spacious, very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great place to relax after our trips to Banff, and we were able to finish our Alberta trip feeling well rested.
There was honestly nothing significant that we disliked during our stay. Everything worked well and the property had more than enough amenities for us. We had a very comfortable experience from check-in to check-out.

I had a great stay here! The place was very comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which I really appreciated after long days exploring Banff and the surrounding areas.
The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Check-in was easy, and the host was there to meet us and give us the key, so getting settled was simple. Everything worked perfectly, including the bathroom and hot water.
For the price, I think it was a great value. I honestly have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!
The only small areas that could be improved would be the parking and check-in instructions. Since we had a rental car, there were one or two occasions when the parking spot was occupied and we were asked to move the car. It wasn’t a major issue, and the hosts were very kind and apologetic about it, but having a more clearly designated parking spot would make things even easier.
Check-in could also be a little more straightforward, with clearer instructions on exactly where the entrance is and how to get the key. Fortunately, the host was there waiting for us and personally gave us the keys, so it all worked out perfectly. These were very minor things and didn’t negatively affect our stay overall.

The small basement unit was clean and tidy. Well presented. Had washing machine and dryer so we were able to 'reset' ready for the next leg of our journey. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Nothing really. Maybe the photo's suggested that there was off street parking, however photo also made location easily identifiable.
