Location and set up of the property is fantastic for smaller groups (or families) traveling together. Ample rooms where people could have their own space, but also congregate together. Great location too in that it was close to a family friendly beach, a few minutes from town, and peaceful.

The extent of the house rules isn't apparent until you arrive at the property and read the full manual. The expectations on check out are excessive when you have to be out of the property by 10am, and in our case this was evidenced by the not particularly clean state of the place on our arrival. The Kitchen was clean enough and the beds were beautifully made, but the bathrooms and common areas were a bit lacklustre. The tools available for cleaning were also sub-standard to meet the house rules in a timely fashion.
