- kitchen with all necessary things
- great location
- clean
- good price
- good communication with the host
- only one key for the whole group (room for 7 people)
- cockroaches in the bathroom
- you have to send passports via email - not secure
- wall behind the window, cannot see the weather

The location was perfect for what we had planned, time square, broadway, subway, stores, places to eat, etc
We packed light for our 2 night stay, so we didn’t bring our own towels mistake on my part, the towels were no good, they had a terrible odor like they were washed in old dirty water. The tv kept losing Wi-Fi signal had to keep rebooting.
