The view was nice and it is really quiet. Super close to get to the train station by bus. The room, bathroom and kitchen are very clean. Neatly and well organized, with everything you need to wash, cook, have coffee and tea.
On our last day, we realized there is someone that will share the bathroom and kitchen with us. So if you are the only ones there, then it is ok.

Good Location and Clean Property.

It is quite near the station. Good place for backpackers with shared kitchen and baths.
Even though they have a fan in the room, it was too hot in Chur to survive without air conditioning.
It is basically part of a large hospital building, top floor is shared between airbnb and therapy rooms. We do not recommend such place for family with kids.
