All was fine, except breakfast. We bought breakfast included, but bear in mind that no one will serve it and you need to prepare it yourself. You will find in kitchen bread, jam, sugar, coffee only. The rest you have to buy from local grocery which is 15 minutes to walk. Small tip to future guests: Although were advised by the owner to take an uber from airport (which was almost the same price as you get to Rome from the airport while the distance is much shorter, there is a good bus connection which is much much cheaper) we took a local bus. If you are going to take a bus make sure you have enough 1 Euro coins to buy a ticket at machine. The only problem is almost no one speaks English at bus station

When property being adverted as breakfast included, you should expect that you prepare it yourself. Nothing was supplied as a breakfast.

Location was perfect! Right by the beach and have a pool to finish up our day! Perfect! Very clean! Owner is amazing, responsive and accommodating! If I ever go back to Italy, i would stay there again 100%!

Parking but very minor!
