Bonne situation, quartier bobo et proximité de bons restaurants, commerces mais aussi de bars pour les sorties. Gardien H24 dans le bâtiment, sécurisé par badges et cie. Idem pour parking sous terrain.
Tout est fonctionnel, pratique, de quoi cuisiner, laver, sécher! Lumineux et balcon agréable
L’isolation de la porte est un peu légère, il est donc possible d’entendre les passages et autres portes des voisins. Je n’ai pas été gênée mais si les voisins sont agités cela peut l’être!

Very good one-week stay. The street is quiet and peaceful, yet perfectly located between Bree and Kloof, which offer plenty of restaurants and supermarkets (and a F45!). Of all the areas I stayed in Cape Town, this was the most convenient.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, with a desk and proper work chair, plus good WiFi. Dylan is very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was small but felt spacious, it was clean and open and airy. Definitely worth the deal I paid! It has everything you needed and it was such a fun little getaway spot that’s affordable!
