Beautiful and nicely laid out studio loft in U-district. Comfy bed. Roku TV with apps you can log into. It's nice to have a designated parking spot in the driveway. Also lots of free parking on the street. Easy to walk to Gonzaga U, bars, restaurants, and nearby grocery store. A 25 minute walk to Riverfront park. I would stay here again.
The air conditioner is really loud. When. you have the windows open, there was a fair amount of traffic noise from surrounding streets. Would be nice if there was a shaded outdoor sitting area on the lawn.

Excellent location for the university campus. Comfortable and clean.
There is a few improvements to make but there was nothing we specifically didn’t like.
