Upstairs on the middle floor, you find the kitchen and living room with an open layout creating a lively space for your group to connect. Relax by the fireplace or catch a movie on the TV in the living room. The dining area seats four, with extra barstool seating at the fully equipped kitchen. You’ll love cooking with the ample prep space and stainless steel appliances. This middle floor is complete with the primary bedroom, which features a cozy queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is located on the lowest floor with a bathroom. Head all the way up to the third-floor loft where an additional queen bed provides extra space - ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. Please request in advance. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Please note there is no exception for service animals due to severe allergies in the home. - Please note: 1. There are many stairs from the parking area to the condo 2. Close handicapped parking is not guaranteed 3. Inside staircases can be steep. (may not be suitable for small children) 4. The kitchen is located on the second floor of the condo. Parking Details: - Street parking accommodates 1 vehicle. - Parking is located in the diagonal spaces by the footbridge or around the surrounding streets. - Please provide your license plate information to our Customer Experience team to register your vehicle to the virtual pass to avoid ticketing/towing. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
