Wristbands must be worn at all times. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed. - This home's dining table sits 10 people. Plates and cutlery accommodates 16. - Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay. Parking Details: More than 8 cars can park onsite.
