Clean and presented will.

Location was fantastic, really close to the centre of town. The Jetty, cafes and shops were all walkable distance. House was well equipped (kids loved the books, games and the lego box was a hige hit!). The house itself wasvspacious and well set up with a big kitchen and nice bathrooms.

The correspondance with the property was really complicated and slow (we were referred to an app that was difficult to access) and check in info was sent much later than advertised. On the day, we confirmed our arrival time (3pm), but the lock box codes didn't work and eventually we were told the house was still being cleaned and to come back in 1.5 hours. After several follow ups, we evertually got in about 2.5 hours after check in time, and the staff we spoke to on the day were pretty unhelpful. We were eventually offered a refund of part of the fee (but only after complaining in writing several times post stay), which was appreciated, but it made our first day pretty stressful after a long drive with kids. Some of the bed sheets were quite tatty and marked.

Clean and modern

More towels should have been supplied.

When first booking the location pointer indicated it was more central than it was. Washing machine wasnt working , and needed to follow up , in the end gave up. Main bathroom shower head continued to slide down as was broken and not been repaired. Car garage is only suitable for small vehicles otherwise need to leave vehicle on street
