Not far from city centre, easy to get in and out. Spacious for a small group and simple. Just what we needed for a single night stay. Boiler wasn’t working at first but we rang up the owner and he was quick to sort it. Also gave us access to the property a little earlier at no extra cost.
Bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from previous guests, wasn’t aware there was no towels provided. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Arrived earlier then expected, brilliant communication with the host which led to us being able to access a little earlier then expected

Easy to access, good range of facilities such as washer and dryer, tv with access to Netflix etc, modern bathroom
Pull out sofa was really uncomfortable and struggled to sleep on it, not enough pillows for more than 1 person, carpet runners in kitchen and hallway hadn't been hoovered and were full of crumbs, damp in kitchen and paint flaking off wall, could do with some maintaince updates and a little more attention to detail.
