Townhouse With Uninterrupted Views
Ristrutturata per il 2018, questa moderna casa a schiera con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è arredata secondo i più alti standard. Si trova sul prestigioso campo da golf a 18 buche La Torre progettato da Jack Nicklaus. All'interno ci sono interni luminosi e ariosi con porte finestre che conducono ad un giardino e una terrazza solarium ombreggiata dove è possibile cenare all'aperto. In alternativa, rilassati e divertiti sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino sulla spettacolare terrazza di livello superiore che offre una vista ininterrotta sui campi verso le montagne. Con TV satellitare, lettore CD / DVD, Wi-Fi GRATUITO e aria condizionata / riscaldamento in tutto, è una casa lontano da casa tutto l'anno. Il resort a 5 stelle è sicuro e indipendente, perfetto per tutta la famiglia, con il suo supermercato, club house, bar e ristoranti inc. 16 piscine comuni tutte facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La bellissima spiaggia con bandiera blu di Los Alcazares e la moderna località di Narejos distano solo 15 minuti in auto e offrono numerosi negozi, bar e ristoranti. La casa si trova a 20 minuti di auto dalla bellissima città di Murcia. L'aeroporto di San Javier dista 15 minuti.

We were very happy with the townhouse, it was in a good location with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and roughly the same to the town centre. Inside the property there was everything required for a comfortable stay. Two basic bathrooms but they were clean and the showers over the bath were decent enough, nice outdoor area accessible from the upstairs bedroom and great for unobstructed sunbathing all day as the outdoor area had no other properties blocking the view. There was also wi-fi in the house which was ideal. Kevin the owner was on the ball and communications were great, he sent all the infornation required before check in and we even got in at 11am when it should have been 1pm, big thanks to Vicki for this as she was waiting at the property when we arrived in the taxi. Overall it was a very straight forward and pleasant experience and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Kevin and Vicki once again.

On meeting the property manager was told that previous occupants had "trashed the place" so filled us with a sense of trepidation. The downstairs toilet had been damaged and was out of action and the downstairs shutter had stopped working and been removed. Toilet was fixed within a day, but shutter was not fixed. Note property manager was very helpful and assisted with this and other issues when electricity went off and when the door lock began sticking leaving us feeling we were going to be locked out. So came and improved with application of WD40. The main bedroom double bed was two single mattresses with extremely ill fitting mattress protectors and sheets, which did not aid a good nights sleep and consequent moods (same applied to downstairs beds). Don't get me wrong, the place was not terrible but given the cost I had previously paid less for a superior property in size and quality at La Torre we were a bit disappointed. I understand that its a couple of years since we last visited La Torre due to Covid and booked quite late for the same reason, but would have expected better. It was good to see that the site overall was more vibrant with new bars and resteraunts,
