Very clean and comfortable property. Downtown Springfield, close to most everything. There is free parking that you have to walk a little bit for, but not bad at all. There is a bar below, but the room we were in (C) was fine for me. Nice King bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Black Palace! The decor is stylish and unique with everything feeling fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together. The place was clean, which is always a plus.Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The location is fantastic right in the heart of downtown with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a short walk away. A couple of cons worth mentioning: Street noise can be noticeable, so light sleepers might want earplugs (which were provided). Also, the bed shares a wall with loft B with pretty thin soundproofing, so privacy during… intimate moments… isn’t great. (Though I suppose that could be a quirky pro for some couples, haha!)Overall, we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cool, central spot with character. Thanks for a memorable stay!
