The place was really clean. I always clean places when I first step in but this one was really nice and clean. Best ever!The views are beautiful. We saw two wedding proposals on the beach. Sunsets are great!. Saw an eagle sitting on beach.It's weird because there's no food disposal in the kitchen sink. So we had a problem with water not going down because our little bits of food was going down the sink. After having 2" of water not draining, they sent somebody out the following day. She was great, fixed it in a few minutes and gave us a Dollar general strainer to cover the drain. So that helped. But that's just weird that there's no disposal. Just really inconvenient because we were having a tea party that day.We couldn't get the fireplace to work. The oven's fan failure light kept on blinking so I had to text the concierge. They got back with us in a reasonable time. There's a lot of stairs. Stairs to enter the house and stairs to go upstairs where the kitchen is. I think about 22 steps total. Lol. So be prepared. They use some weird material on the stairs so it creaks which made it difficult for us to use it in the early mornings when people were still sleeping. So with even all the things that I didn't like, if I weigh it against the view, cleanliness and location I think I would still visit again. Their concierge service is excellent. Quick response. They were able to get me my luggage racks that I wanted. So great job!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Rockaway Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is just a few steps down from the house. The house is well-equipped - lots of room. Good internet; washer and dryer downstairs; hot tub was relaxing.
