The property was beautiful. The pool was great! There was a problem right away getting the elevator to work. Being old school, a book with instructions would be helpful. The host was always quick to respond. We had problems with the 3rd floor door being very difficult to slide open, causing the handle to come off 3 times. The host was always quick to respond. There were so many positives to outweigh any negatives!! We loved kayaking to St Vincent island and spent most of our time at the pool. The house had a large number of beach towels for our use. The kitchen was awesome with a large refrigerator, two dishwashers, two ice makers and an extra fridge for drinks. Kitchen towels would’ve been nice. Another suggestion: sink drain cover. The bathrooms were beautiful but sometimes difficult to have hot water in some from the tankless water heater. A few hooks for towels in the bathrooms would’ve been nice but having 3 washers and dryers made washing easy. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk room was very roomy with two showers. Loved the extra touch of the bath sets with a sleep mask and toiletries. The top bedroom has an awesome view!! Overall, we had a great time!!! Many laughs and memories were made. We didn’t even have time to work our yearly puzzle.

It was a beautiful house and easy to communicate with the host. And we had a blast would visit again!

I don't know where to start. The pictures DO NOT do it justice!!! The location is perfect. We felt safe and relaxed in the house and on the beach. The house was just as amazing as the pictures made it out to be. It's spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked...I could go on and on. Definitely plan on staying again in a few weeks. 360Blue provided top tier customer support with regards to questions before and during the stay. From restaurants to excursions, all of the recommendations were great. 10 out of 10, i would do it again.

My family spent Spring Break 2025 here and it was ideal for us. We had extended family join us so we were a total of 10. The home was clean, fully appointed with plenty of beach towels and linens. The private pool & hot tub were great and used daily. The beach was a bit narrow especially since vehicles can drive up the coast on the beach but once we figured that out we moved our volleyball net and rented a golf cart from a neighbor. Indian Pass and Port St Joe were family friendly & ideal for how we like to vacation. I would absolutely recommend renting this home. Location, cleanliness & layout was great.
