Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. But the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and professional. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality was truly outstanding and made us feel very well taken care of. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. The service was beyond our expectations.
Nothing at all. We genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay and had no complaints. Everything was wonderful, and the staff did an exceptional job throughout our entire stay.

Ons kamer zag eruit als op de foto’s. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Totale beleving was wel 5 diamanten waard.
Het ontbijt was ruim maar er was niet bij alles aangegeven wat het was. Niet al het personeel sprak Engels. We hadden ook gehoopt dat de koffers naar de kamer gebracht zouden worden.

Great large room and view. The design bathroom and amenities are simply stunning. Loved the privacy mode you can set just pressing a button between the bathroom and the bedroom.
We cannot give a 10 because the restaurant has really big issues. We had dinner our first night, food was delicious so we decided to had dinner all 3 nights. 2nd night we sat at the table the waitress comes to us and said there are no ingredients enough for us and we were invited to leave the restaurant!! We than made sure for the 3rd dinner with a reservation for the last day, we went at the restaurant and discovered it was closed even with a booking!! I never experienced something like that in a 5* nowhere around the world, they are definatly not ready to welcome non chinese speakers tourists.

I expected a nice view from the room’s balcony, but in the right side is a construction site, for the price it’s totally not worth it, not happy at all
