Mon compte en banque a été débité de la caution de 300 euros alors que le propriétaire, Monsieur Gaétan Herpson m'a attribué la note de 10/10 sur le site Booking utilisé pour la séservation. Je trouve ce procédé pour le moins étonnant! J'en demande le remboursement immédiat. Je charge l'organisme Booking d'intervenir rapidement é cet effet. Je n'utilisrtai plus dorénavant de location éxigeant une caution pour une nuit.

The room was very spacious and had good facilities for the short stay we had there, and was in a great location for the train station. We would stay there again.

Arranging collection of the keys was a nightmare. It states in the welcome pack to message a specific person on certain days, and a different person on the other days. I messaged the correct person and was told they were not at work that day. They did not help at all. I then messaged through Booking and got a response to refer to the welcome pack. I explained the welcome pack didn't help because it needed a further £300 deposit, and the website to pay the deposit didn't work either so the key access information wasn't available until the deposit was paid. Eventually the person at Booking unlocked the web page to allow me to find out how to access the keys, but this took some time and delayed us accessing the apartment.
