Besides the property being beautiful and perfect, Aziz made our whole Morocco trip special. He is such a kind soul and went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough! My whole family is so grateful to you and we will always remember your kindness. Thank you! We highly recommend this Riad. It’s more beautiful in real even and the location is great, the rooms are clean and so comfortable and cozy we all do very well. Beds were perfect. Everything was just perfect. You won’t regret this Riad and I have done plenty of research before. Go with Riad Yuna and your trip will be beautiful.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable. Le lieu est un petit coin de paradis dans un emplacement parfait en immersion dans la médina. Il est décoré avec goût et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être à l’aise. Cependant, le plus gros trésor de cet endroit sont Aziz et Radhija qui nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions de leur famille. Toujours avec le sourire et une gentillesse au delà de l’imaginable. MERCI pour ces moments inoubliables qui resteront à jamais dans nos souvenirs. Et encore merci d’avoir eu autant de détails pour mon anniversaire.

The riad is beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Located in small street of Medina.

However, we had repeated and very uncomfortable issues with staff professionalism and personal boundaries. On our first day, one staff member tried to hug/kiss our children. On the first day we clearly told Aziz that our children do not want hugs/kisses. We immediately explained Aziz that in our culture this is not appropriate and asked that no one touch our children. Aziz responded by excusing her behavior, saying she “doesn’t have children,” which is not an acceptable justification — consent and boundaries matter regardless. Aziz later tried to smooth things over, but the next day the same staff member approached our son again when no adults were next to him, held him close and hugged and kissed him near the staircase. Our son tried to move away and felt very uncomfortable, and I had to intervene again from upstairs. There were also moments that felt unprofessional at check-in (insistence on sweets after we said no, and unwanted physical contact when I was taking passports from our suitcase). Overall: a wonderful property, but staff should be trained to respect consent and personal space, especially with children, and to communicate professionally with international guests.
