The apartment was clean, the location good and the facilities all worked.
Could not get in- took us at least 35 minutes! This was the only drawback. We found it impossible to locate the lock box and in the end had to ring bells to get the residents to help us find it and to point out where the correct parking space was,

The flat was in a lovely, peaceful location and was very clean. Towels, bedding and toilet rolls were provided, which was handy. The beds were very comfortable and the mattresses were lovely. The bed felt a little small to us, but we still slept well! The living room was a good size, with a nice kitchen and dining area, and we also really liked having an en-suite. Kitchen was also really well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of utensils, mugs and glasses.
We struggled to find the allocated parking space at first. You have to drive through an archway into another parking area in the middle of the flats, which wasn't immediately obvious. The parking permit also wasn't in the flat as stated. I sent a message about this but didn't receive a reply, so we ended up finding another place to park. The en-suite shower worked fine, but the shower hose was leaking. It didn't spoil our stay, but it may be something the owners want to get fixed. Would have been nice to have a shower curtain/screen in the bathroom too so the kids could have had a shower.

Location was close to the city and also it was possible to the coast for a day.
Pleasant two bed flat, easy for disabled access btw. Secure courtyard parking literally a few paces to the flat; good for those with cases!
Maybe a little clinical inside.....but it's a personal thing! Maybe a few more home comforts incl a few more tea bags & cartons of milk....! But not a big deal.
Nice place, nice beds, cosy and a nice quiet environment too.

Very clean, comfortable mattresses
Not in city centre as advertised. No free parking as advertised. No parking permit in flat messages and call to owner were ignored, were just told to park in residents parking which was full. Specifically booked this flat because it came with free parking. There are no big issues in the flat, just lots of small wear and tear issues.
