Beautiful apartment near the city center. Wonderful host. It's not too high up for my standards. In the morning during the week you hear the children. It is quiet in the evening.

The location was good, just a short walk to the harbour front, the old town and the aqueduct. It was easy to get a bus to the beach. The apartment is a good size, with a wonderfully large balcony. The best thing was Matina and Nikos who were the best hosts. There wasn't a washing machine in the apartment, but they had one downstairs that they let us use. If we are in Kavala again we would definitely stay here.
If you are planning to cook a chopping board, a frying/omelette pan and some more sharp knives for chopping vegetables and bread would be useful. However, I think most people only stay for 1 or 2 nights so they are probably not needed by everyone.
