So roomy and clean and comfortable with excellent support from Innstay I had lots of contact and offers for help.from them. The apartment is very convenient for transport and also some lovely eating establishments nearby
Booking.com sent me a Gmail which included mention of a link for opening the door but it wasn't a live link so very confusing when it didn't work..until I found the live link in another message from Innstay .I know it was my fault but It wasn't clear to me

I liked that it was very well stocked, ready for us to hit Milan
There was an issue with getting hot water, I took a while for the hot water. we didn’t let them know. And Vicky gave us a few tips. Overall, it was a recurring issue.
