Easy to follow the instructions for using the code to enter the building and accessing the keys kept in a key lock inside. However, we didn't have to use the main door code as someone was leaving the building as we arrived. The apartment had all the facilities necessary for our stay. Great to have an outside space to relax in. Location was spot on as 10 min to main attractions. Everything else to see and do was within walking distance. Train station is a comfortable and pleasant 20 minute walk. Close to some good local bars/cafes.
Felt a bit twitchy about not having received the door entry instructions by mid day the day before we were due to arrive. We received the instructions promptly after contacting the host

The apartment was lovely, very authentic. It had everything we needed. The WiFi was an added bonus at no extra cost and the air con was an absolute god send.
The surprise bottle of wine and cold water when we arrived was lovely as was the loo roll!
The location is perfect, very close to everything and it felt very safe. It was easy to find and the instructions to get in were easy to follow.
The communication from the host is amazing, she messaged a number of times to check we were ok and if we needed anything.
We would definitely book again, we loved it!
Nothing, it was perfect

The property is in a prime location, a ten minute stroll to the Square of Miracles, twenty minutes from the airport and ten minutes to cental station. The apartment is just off an attractive platia, bustling with restaurants, bars and cafes and yet the apartment is very quiet.
The property is in the style of traditional Tuscan, but the facilities are modern enough to meet everyday needs. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It has a tiny courtyard where we enjoyed our home cooked breakfast and evening wine and cheese.
The property owner, Carolina, although not present was always available to help with our needs.
I would highly recommend this property.
The mosquitos, not the fault of the property but take plenty of bug repellent.

"Stile classico, casa molto accogliente e molto accessoriata. Comodo anche la posizione, a 5 minuti da Piazza dei Miracoli."
