it was perfect for our needs - we had come for the 2026 GSDCA National show and trial on Luddenham Road - close to and easy to get to the ground. It had everything we needed in the unit - the garden was perfect for the dog too.
a couple of items for your attention - the gate was difficult to shut -it did not have a proper clip and the rubbish bin requires a new lid - but neither one of these caused us a problem - just a suggestion for improvement.

It was perfect for our little family. Beds super comfortable and clean, but i recommend your own pillow.
A little bit close to neighbours.

The cleanliness for sure and the process of collecting the keys.
Wifi was crap and unusable - blame OPTUS, and the location is quite dodgy with neighbours blasting loud music at 5:30am.
