The location was good as just 200yds from the lighthouse and 15 mins walk to the marina. We really liked the fact that it was so easy to catch a bus to citudella and also to get buses to beaches allowing us to have a lunch with wine. Property is nothing like the pictures (no idea why the pictures are old and show the property in such a unhelpful manner). Its a lovely villa needing a bit of modernisation (bathrooms are newish). We had a great time and Toni was first class in helping with a wi-fi issue.
We did not like Cala de Bosch marina area, nothing wrong with it but not our type of place unlike Citudella which is lovely as is Mahon. I would probably spend a couple of £100 pounds replacing a few tiles in the pool, replace the old outside shower and invest in some Ikea beds and paint the woodwork white. Its very hard to criticise as its a great villa at a great price.
