The design of rooms is good . Since it’s a new property, most things look good. Bathroom has great water pressure and good shower.
The room is small. The walls seem very thin- every noise from the staff outside the door was audible. The sheets etc could be cleaner for sure.

The Executive suite had a great layout. Staff was helpful.
The regular room I originally had was small and seemed overpriced

The room was spacious, the food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful on recommendations and advices to navigate the city
Wasn’t completely clean, had to ask to change the sheets

Check-in was challenging from the start, compounded by a Booking.com error and some miscommunication. Some staff were very helpful, while others struggled with English. Communication from the onset is very frustrating especially for a foreigner. The room could have been cleaner, yet the food was delicious and the location excellent — a convenient oasis amidst the chaos of Varanasi.
