We had to go to a separate location to get the keys then was given the wrong keys - had to go back to the second location and then back again to the real location. Very poor communication with host and unclear instructions on how to get to the property and get into the property. There are 5 locks on the door with no instructions as to which is the correct lock/locks to open the door. Asked the host to help us book a taxi and to please confirm that they did, proceeded not to confirm and said they booked it but it was too late. Property was amazing and location was amazing, and would stay here again, but the difficulty getting into and communicating with the host was the worst of our trip.

Location is very good

Communication with the owner was cold and inconsistent. We arrived late at night, after having informed them in advance of our arrival time, but the keys in the designated lockbox were incorrect, so we were unable to access the apartment. Furthermore, the bed for the third guest had not been prepared. One of the windows in the master bedroom does not close properly. Although the apartment is in an excellent location, I would not rent this apartment again.
