Fantastic location. Very lively neighborhood made for walking around with many options for shopping and dining. Two king beds made it a very comfortable night for our family of four.

Agreed, this property's very high walkability score is justified! Everything, including a couple of beautiful parks, is a lovely (often short) walk away. For the most part, it was also very quiet and peaceful.
I would suggest that it is deceptive to define the property as a one bedroom. It is one giant room with two beds located four stairs up from the main living space, with a 3' glass wall separating the beds from the living space. The toilet is finicky. The pillows are very solid, thick foam pillows that had my husband and I both wake up with sore necks (we went out and purchased pillows after the first night).
