Great location, near town centre, allocated parking, all what you need for an apartment.
No negatives.

Centrally located
Excellent shower
Comfortable bed
I had expexted an apartment with kitchen facilities but got just an en-suit room instead, have contacted the owners but have not had a reply.
First night was noisy due to nearby pool room.
Excessive light coming through window by bathroom, should have a blackout blind/roller on it.
One could hear occupants upstairs walking around and using bathroom.

The apartment was in a brilliant location, less than 5 minutes walk from the town hall which was where we were going for a concert. It was easy to find, parking was a real bonus and check in instructions were spot on.It was a really clean and spacious apartment that was very comfortable and well equipped.
The traffic noise at night was horrendous-I'd stay again but take earplugs.
