Perfect location. Spacious apartment and all three bedrooms a good size. Agent very pleasant and kindly provided admission instructions two days in advance so we could ensure all guests received info before travelling from various NZ locations. A good size dining table with 6 chairs much appreciated. Great location and quiet building. Enclosed balcony proved a blessing as was very windy at times and we really enjoyed sitting there with the amazing views. Good having a designated carpark in the building.

Only one lift/room key was provided for five adults 7 night stay, severely restricting our various activities. Three days to obtain at least a second key totally unacceptable. Cleanliness on the whole good but living room sofa badly stained; I took a photo on arrival as I was worried we’d be blamed and charged extra cleaning fee. Also duvet inners dirty/stained. No instructions provided for complicated washer/dryer combo. The indoor pools were hot and stuffy and to us unusable.
