Location and spacious for 4..

No mirrors and lack of plug sockets especially in kitchen

Lovely location, exceptionally clean, had a great night's stay here. Quirky little spot with all the amenities and comfort needed. Large bathroom and bedrooms, would definitely book again. Easy check in and lots of communication from the owner.

Could've done with a fan in the summer but other than that it was spot on.

Clean, great location

There are several things that needs to be fixed: floor boards come up, the wardrobe in room was non usable and unsafe- it could fall down with just a slight push, communication was host was bad. I kept asking questions like if I could get more towels which he finally answered after I left. Days later. Honestly still a great place and would be super great with just some quick fixes. Needs more attention from host.

- Great location – The apartment is conveniently located close to the metro, bus stops and shops. Many of the main attractions, including Big Ben, can also be reached on foot. - Easy communication with the owner – The owner was quick and responsive when contacted through Booking. - Possibility to leave luggage early – It was possible to leave our luggage at the property before check-in, which was very convenient. - Very friendly cleaning staff – The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful when we needed assistance.

* The apartment was quite difficult to find. The check-in instructions mention looking for a specific number on the door, but the actual apartment door does not have this number. We had to spend quite some time looking for it, and eventually staff from a nearby shop helped us find the correct entrance. * The sofa was not prepared for the two guests who were supposed to sleep there, despite the reservation being for six people and our request to have the sofa prepared in advance. We were told by the cleaning service that there would be bedding in the wardrobe, but there was only one pillow and one duvet, and the duvet did not have a cover. We had to put the cover on ourselves. * The upstairs bedroom has a flickering light, which has apparently already been mentioned in previous reviews but still has not been fixed. * The lampshade on one of the bedside lamps is loose and falls off unexpectedly. * The Wi-Fi connection upstairs is very weak. It works well downstairs, but in the upstairs bedroom it was difficult to use Netflix or HBO because the videos kept buffering every few minutes. * Some of the wardrobes are visibly crooked, which makes the apartment look less well maintained. * Overall, the apartment looks very nice in the photos, but the photos do not completely reflect its current condition. It would only take a few small repairs and improvements to make the place much more comfortable and enjoyable. * One additional point regarding communication: although the owner responds quickly through Booking, requests submitted through Booking or the Logify form are apparently passed on to the guest to arrange directly with the cleaning service. In my opinion, the owner should ensure that the apartment is properly prepared according to the reservation and guests’ requests.
